A financial contribution allows disaster victims to quickly obtain basic necessities for themselves and their families. The International Response Fund helps people affected by international crises. A donation to your local chapter helps people in need in your community. The American Red Cross is not a government agency and all Red Cross disaster assistance is free thanks to the generosity of people like you. Ninety-one cents of every dollar spent by the American Red Cross goes directly to programs and services that help people in need. At the Cimarron Valley Chapter, the ratio of paid staff to volunteers is 75 to 1. |
